中共松花江地委农业生产跃进办公室在1958年11月建立了一个业余广播編輯部。編輯部有三个小組,七名通訊員,一名編輯,由中共松花江地委农村工作部副部长刘玉山同志担任主編。这个业余广播編輯部成立以来,共给黑龙江人民广播电台发消息564篇,组织各級党委負責同志作广播讲話24次,办专题广播节目37个,写评論、通訊、詩歌12篇,发专題新聞8组。他們还給黑龙江人民广播电台业务刊物写論文、經驗介绍等共11篇。通过这个业余广播編輯部的工作,不仅全面及时地报道了松花江专区的农业生产建設成就和经验,而且也改进和提高了他們本身的工作。 1958年业余广播編輯部开始成立的时候,有些同志把写稿看成是“高不可攀”的,也有人认为写稿是“额外負担”。这些思想影响了同志們写稿的积极性,使业余广播編輯部的工作开展得不够好。党支部針对这种情况,通过互相談心、个別帮助、交流經验和提倡集 CPC Songhua Geographic Committee of Agricultural Production Yuejin office in November 1958 established amateur radio editorial department. Through the work of the amateur radio editorial department, not only the achievements and experiences in agricultural production and construction in the Songhua River area have been fully and timely reported, but also their own work has been improved and enhanced. When the Amateur Broadcasting and Editing Department was first established in 1958, some comrades regarded the writing as “unattainable.” Others said writing was “an extra burden.” These thoughts affected the enthusiasm of comrades in writing and made the work done by the Amateur Broadcasting and Editing Department underperforming well.
