前言 作者在XXXX厂工作期间,对八条SMT自动线及两条THT生产线试行“线责任制”,应用日本“精益生产”(Lean Product)制造技术,使工艺质量有了很大改进,产量增加,效益提高,为工厂在1996年底顺利通过ISO9002认证打下了基础。本文简要介绍SMT制造技术管理改革的一些作法。
Foreword During the work of the XXXX Plant, the pilot “Line Responsibility System” was conducted on eight SMT automatic lines and two THT lines, and the Japanese “Lean Product” manufacturing technology was applied to greatly improve the quality of the process. The improvement laid the foundation for the factory to successfully pass ISO9002 certification at the end of 1996. This article briefly introduces some practices for SMT manufacturing technology management reforms.
