业已叙述的实验装置,采用10厘米直径的平面电极。由于光制质量对预击穿电流有显著影响,所以要特别注意电极的机械抛光(砂纸颗粒要尽量细)。电极安装之前,先在酒精中进行超声波清洗,接着烘烤,而后去尘放入容器存放。极间距离要保持在5毫米,真空度为10~(-6)乇。通过保护电阻在阴极上加高压。按照电极的特性,放电电压可为120千伏到150千伏。
The experimental setup has been described using a 10 cm diameter planar electrode. As the optical quality of the pre-break through current has a significant impact, so pay special attention to the electrode mechanical polishing (sandpaper particles to be as thin as possible). Before installing the electrode, ultrasonic cleaning in alcohol, followed by baking, and then to the dust container. The distance between the electrodes should be kept at 5 mm and the degree of vacuum should be 10 -6 Torr. High voltage is applied to the cathode through the protective resistor. Depending on the characteristics of the electrodes, the discharge voltage can be 120 kV to 150 kV.
