Polysaccharides in Aloe vera gels play a key role in clinical activity. Clinical studies have generally confirmed that gels play a role in reducing inflammation and accelerating healing, but in some cases, no expected therapeutic effects have been observed. These differences may be due to the source of the gel, the culture conditions, or different treatments after harvesting. . Therefore, the content, composition and gel consistency of Aloe vera gel can be used as a factor to study the growth conditions.
