目的:探讨外科病房患者的健康教育方法,提出改进思路,并对效果进行评价。方法:研究对象选取为2014年间外科病房收治的100名住院患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理宣教方案,观察组则总结以往健康教育工作中的问题,做出针对性改进并实施。在干预结束后,对两组患者的健康知识掌握情况、遵医行为以及护理满意度进行比较。结果:观察组患者的健康知识评分、自我护理技能评分分别为(95.5±2.6)分、(92.1±1.9)分,分别高于对照组患者的(71.4±12.5)分、(55.2±3.9)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者的遵医行为优良率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为100.0%,显著高于对照组的82.0%(P<0.05)。结论:针对外科病房住院患者的健康需求,加强健康教育,能够有效提高患者的健康知识与技能掌握,改善患者的遵医行为,提高患者的护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the method of health education for patients in surgical ward, to put forward the idea of improvement and to evaluate the effect. Methods: The subjects were selected from 100 inpatients admitted to the surgical ward in 2014. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each. The control group received routine nursing education program. The observation group summarized the problems in previous health education and did Targeted improvement and implementation. After the intervention was completed, the two groups of patients to grasp the health knowledge, follow the doctor’s behavior and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results: The scores of health knowledge and self-care skills in the observation group were (95.5 ± 2.6) and (92.1 ± 1.9) points, respectively, which were higher than those in the control group (71.4 ± 12.5 and 55.2 ± 3.9 respectively) (P <0.05). The compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 92.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group (68.0%, P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (82.0%, P <0.05). Conclusion: To meet the health needs of hospitalized patients in surgical wards and to enhance health education, patients’ health knowledge and skills can be effectively improved, patient compliance and patient satisfaction can be improved.
