目的:检测高级别卵巢浆液性腺癌中S100A14和p53蛋白表达,探讨二者之间相关性以及它们与高级别卵巢浆液性腺癌发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测75例高级别卵巢浆液性腺癌组织和27例正常输卵管组织中S100A14蛋白及p53蛋白表达情况。结果:高级别卵巢浆液性腺癌组织中,S100A14和p53的阳性率分别为68.0%和62.7%,与正常输卵管组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高级别卵巢浆液性腺癌组织中,S100A14和p53表达呈正相关(r=0.510,P<0.01)。S100A14和p53蛋白与高级别卵巢浆液性腺癌患者的年龄、腹水情况及大网膜转移均无相关性(P>0.05),与病理分期、淋巴结转移及远处肺转移有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:S10014及p53蛋白可能通过特定的分子机制相互促进,从而参与细胞的生长、增殖,导致高级别卵巢浆液性腺癌的发生发展。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of S100A14 and p53 protein in high-grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma and to explore the relationship between them and their relationship with the occurrence and development of high-grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expressions of S100A14 protein and p53 protein in 75 cases of high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma and 27 cases of normal oviductal tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rates of S100A14 and p53 in high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma were 68.0% and 62.7%, respectively, which were significantly different from those in normal oviduct group (P <0.01). In high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, there was a positive correlation between S100A14 and p53 expression (r = 0.510, P <0.01). There was no correlation between S100A14 and p53 protein and age, ascites and omental metastasis (P> 0.05) in patients with high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma, and was correlated with pathological stage, lymph node metastasis and distant lung metastasis ). Conclusion: The S10014 and p53 proteins may promote each other through specific molecular mechanisms and thus participate in the cell growth and proliferation, leading to the occurrence and development of high grade ovarian serous adenocarcinoma.
