近年来,中建二局工会开展了以“建功在二局、和谐大发展”为主题的“建功杯”劳动竞赛。通过创建“工人先锋号”、“安康杯”竞赛、降本增效精细化管理等载体,更好地使维护企业总体利益与维护职工具体利益相统一。既充分调动了职工的积极性、主动性和创造性,又同时促进了企业的良好发展。重竞赛,发挥工会强大作用不同单位、不同项目确定适合自身的争创标准,比如制定符合自身实际的局级、市级、国家级争创目标,从而使劳动竞赛进一步适应了企业发展的需要
