为了提高人工林杨木的物理力学和装饰性能,将水溶性低分子量三聚氰胺脲醛树脂(MUF)与酸性大红G复配得到复合染色剂,通过真空加压浸渍处理,对杨木进行增强-染色一体化改性,测试改性材颜色、强度、氙光老化等性能并利用SEM分析其微观性状,结果表明:(1)MUF树脂对染料的颜色效果无明显影响,还提高其匀染性;(2)染料对树脂的增强改性作用无明显影响,增强-染色材的密度、抗弯弹模、抗弯强度和抗压强度分别比未处理材提高了38.2%、6.28%、20.67%和48.87%,与树脂增强改性材相当;(3)SEM分析表明,复合染色剂渗透性能良好,能有效渗透至木材细胞腔和细胞间隙进行充实和强化;(4)复合染色材的耐光色牢度比水染材提高了28.3%。将木材功能性改良与染色相结合的杨木增强-染色一体化改性技术,能显著改善速生杨木的物理力学和装饰性能,使其可直接用于实木产品加工,工艺简单,应用前景广阔。
In order to improve the physical and mechanical properties and the decorative properties of poplar wood, the water-soluble low molecular weight melamine urea-formaldehyde resin (MUF) was compounded with acid red G to obtain composite stains. The combination of wood functional improvement and dyeing poplar enhanced - dyeing integrated modification technology, can significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of poplar, and decorative properties, so that it can be directly used in solid wood products processing, simple process, broad application prospects .
