圆锥破碎机下支架结构复杂,其强度和刚度计算依靠经典的解析法难以解决。以FSC91型圆锥破碎机为分析对象,在合理简化模型和载荷的情况下,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench构建了圆锥破碎机下支架有限元计算模型,对多种工况下破碎机下支架的强度和刚度进行了分析,为圆锥破碎机的结构设计提供了一种切实可行的计算方法。
Conical crusher under the stent structure is complex, its strength and stiffness calculations rely on the classic analytical method is difficult to solve. Taking the FSC91 cone crusher as the analysis object, the finite element model of the crusher under the crusher was constructed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench while the model and the load were reasonably simplified.
