一.电接触渗硫处理的基本原理及操作1.电接触渗硫处理的基本原理:在导轨表面涂上一层 F_e SO_4 溶液,令炭棒在导轨面上运动。利用导轨表面和炭棒接触处产生的接触电阻,使电能转变为热能,这个热能一方面使硫渗入导轨表面,另一方面把接触处加热到900℃以上,使珠光体组织完全转变为奥氏体组织,当炭棒移过后,该处导轨面自身散热在空气中冷却,使表层的奥氏体组织转变为马氏体组织。
