TH-蛋白是结石基质中的主要功能成分,在体外仿生态溶石器内对其溶解情况进行了观察。结果表明,结石中的TH-蛋白单位面积释放量为31.243ng/mm ̄2,速度为0.52ng/mm ̄2·min;草酸钙结石基质含量较多,单位面积释放量为40.879±4.5ng/mm ̄2,速度为0.68lng/mm ̄2·min;磷酸钙为25.037±3.15ng/mm ̄2和0.417ng/mm ̄2·min;晶体溶解剂可加速TH-蛋白溶解,尤以ED-TA作用更明显,温度、流体速度可加速TH-蛋白解离。作者认为通过基质溶解可加速结石的溶解速度。
