不压井修井机是带压条件下进行作业的一种新型修井设备,其中,举升油缸作为不压井修井机起下管柱的核心部件,其强度直接关系到修井设备和施工人员的安全。文中运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中对加载后的举升油缸模型进行了有限元分析,求解得到举升油缸应力云图和变形云图,保证了举升油缸在起升下压管柱时的安全性。
No-well workover rig is a kind of new workover equipment under the condition of pressure. Among them, the lift cylinder is the core component of the lower column which does not work well and its strength is directly related to workover equipment and Construction workers safety. The finite element analysis of the loaded lifting cylinder model is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, and the stress cloud and the deformation cloud of the lifting cylinder are solved to ensure the safety of the lifting cylinder when lifting the column .
