基于库伦摩擦和粘性耗散热源理论,利用非线性热传导模型研究了Ti_(40)Zr_(25)Ni_3Cu_(12)Be_(20)玻璃棒的旋转摩擦焊接。识别出了焊接表面的热力学区,同时根据旋转雷诺数和傅里叶数确定了大块金属玻璃最佳焊接窗口。通过选择合适的傅里叶数和旋转雷诺数,可以有效地控制焊接表面的结晶。
Based on Coulomb friction and viscous dissipative heat source theory, the friction stir welding of Ti_ (40) Zr_ (25) Ni_3Cu_ (12) Be_ (20) glass rods was studied by using nonlinear heat conduction model. The thermodynamic zone of the welding surface was identified. At the same time, the optimal welding window of bulk metallic glass was determined according to the rotational Reynolds number and the Fourier number. By selecting the appropriate Fourier and rotational Reynolds number, the crystallization of the welding surface can be effectively controlled.
