江苏省沛县供电局农电总站自5月起,在21个乡(镇)施行电费专用卡缴费.总站针对农村电费存在的挪用、拖欠现象,积极与县农行“金穗卡”业务部取得联系,根据农行有关规定,为乡(镇)电管站统一办理了电费缴费专用“金穗卡”.凭卡可随时在农行及定点信用社存储备付金,缴费时划卡转帐,给持卡人带来方便.“金穗卡”只准存
Pei County Power Supply Bureau Agricultural Power Station of Jiangsu Province has implemented special electricity card payment in 21 townships (towns) since May.
