运用数值方法,系统研究了肖特基接触单层有机太阳能电池的阴极功函数、载流子迁移率和温度对短路电流的影响,得到了短路电流随阴极功函数、载流子迁移率和温度变化的定量关系,这为以后的有机太阳能电池实验研究提供理论基础.
