本文报告了用681治疗宫颈癌20例的近期疗效。病例选择经临床和病理活检确诊为宫颈癌。使用药物原料为广东惠来县生产,经我院制成粉剂和针剂后使用。治疗采取综合给药法。全身给药与局部用药结合。全身给药通过口服、肌肉注射或静脉注射;局部用药是用681粉敷贴宫颈表面或用宫颈注射加药粉敷贴。口服681每日三次,每次一克。肌肉注射可给5%
