目的研究茶多酚( Tea Polyphenols 简称 T P) 对飞行人员球结膜微循环( B C M) 的影响及抗氧化作用,为飞行人员选择合适的抗氧化保健药品。方法40 名健康疗养飞行人员随机分为 T P 组( T P600 mg/d , P O) ,对照组( 服安慰剂) ,20 d 后检测。结果 T P 组红细胞超氧化物岐化酶( S O D)活性, 全血谷光甘肽过氧化物酶( G S H P X) 活性及血清丙二醛( M D A) 含量比值 G S H P X/ M D A明显高于对照组( P< 0 .01) , M D A 明显低于对照组( P< 0 .05) 。 T P 组 B C M 微血管数明显增加( P< 0 .01) ;微血流速度明显加快( P< 0 .05) ; 轻中度红细胞聚集明显减轻( P< 0 .05) ; 缺血区明显减少( P< 0 .01) ; A/ V 比值明显变小( P< 0 .01) ; B C M 总积分值明显低于对照组( P< 0 .01) 。结论 T P能提高飞行人员抗氧化能力,减少 B C M 变异,改善其微循环状态。
Objective To study the effect of tea polyphenols (Tp) on the conjunctival microcirculation (B C M) and the anti-oxidant effect of pilots, and select suitable anti-oxidant and health-care drugs for pilots. Methods Forty health-care pilots were randomly divided into T P group (P P 600 mg / d, P O) and control group (placebo) after 20 days. Results The ratio of S O D activity, G S H P X activity and MDA content in T P group were HP X / M D A was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), M D A was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The number of B C M microvessel in T P group was significantly increased (P0.01), the micro blood flow velocity was significantly increased (P0.05), the mild and moderate erythrocyte aggregation was significantly reduced (P0.05), the ischemic area (P <0.01); the A / V ratio decreased significantly (P <0.01); and the total score of BCM was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion T P can improve the anti-oxidant ability of pilots, reduce the B C M variation and improve the microcirculation status.
