设立内地西藏学生班,是党中央实施西部大开发的重要战略,其目的是利用我过内地优秀的教学资源为西部地区培养优秀的人才,为今后细部大开发做出重要的贡献,从而加强我国各个民族之间的团结。西藏地区作为我国特殊的地理位置,有着自己独特的地理环境、生活习惯和宗教文化,教育资源的分布不均衡一方面在教学上很难跟上本地孩子们的教育思维,另外一方面,由于种族和习惯的问题,也存在着很多生活、饮食上的不适应,于是在开展内地西藏班的同时我们也要多方面兼顾这些存在的问题,也要在日常的教学中因材施教改善西藏学生对内地各方面的不适应,从根本上解决教育资源部均衡的情况,让藏族学生在新的环境里接受良好的教育,养成良好的学习习惯,通过这种方式促进一个民族的的快速发展,也从根本上达到西藏与内地长治久安的政治环境。本文主要就内地西藏班学生教育管理问题存在的问题和成因作出详细的分析,并希望为今后的内地西藏班教育给出自己的一点思路。
