目的利用蚊虫生物特性,综合各引诱要素研制高效生态诱蚊捕蚊器样机并实验其实际应用效果。方法通过交叉实验设计,选择成蚊种群类似的现场,对比样机与紫外灯诱捕器、CO2诱捕器的诱捕效果。结果高效生态诱蚊系统能够有效诱捕蚊类,诱捕种类丰富,能够反映蚊类群落组成情况。结论新型监测工具诱蚊效果能够满足蚊类监测的需要。
OBJECTIVE: To make use of the biological characteristics of mosquitoes and synthesize various inducing elements to develop a prototype of highly efficient mosquito-trapping mosquitoes and to test the practical application effect. Methods The crossover experiment design was used to select the mosquito population similar to the scene, the contrast prototype and the UV light trap and the CO2 trapping device. Results Efficient ecological mosquito system can effectively trap mosquitoes, capture a variety of species, can reflect the mosquito community composition. Conclusion The mosquito-killing effect of the new monitoring tool can meet the needs of mosquito monitoring.
