言语技能训练是语文教师促进学生言语能力发展的最有效的核心工作,而要使训练科学高效就应遵循心智技能训练的规律。为此我们推介冯忠良教授的智力技能三阶段理论。本期集中探讨如何运用第一阶段原型定向的理论来提高语文基本技能训练的水平。弄清学生应掌握的言语技能是什么样的,它的构成要素、运作的程序方式方法,并使学生了解,这便是原型定向。这是有效进行言语技能训练的前提基础,是实现科学训练的关键;而这个问题恰恰是我国语文教学界至今没有系统解决的问题,也是教师个人不可能全面解决的问题,需要全体语文教学工作者集中力量尽早加以解决,要从大纲、课标的制订、到教材的编写,再到语文教师的教学都努力致力于原型定向。
Speech skills training is the most effective core task for language teachers to promote the development of students’ speech skills. However, if training science is to be effective, it should follow the rules of mental skills training. To this end, we introduce Professor Feng Zhongliang’s three-stage theory of intellectual skills. This issue focuses on how to use the theory of first-stage prototype orientation to improve the level of basic skills training in Chinese. Find out what kind of language skills a student should master, its constituent elements, the procedural methods and methods of operation, and make students understand that this is a prototype orientation. This is the basis for the effective training of speech skills. It is the key to the realization of scientific training. This issue is precisely a problem that has not been systematically solved in the Chinese language teaching community so far. It is also an issue that cannot be solved by teachers in an individual and requires all Chinese language teaching workers. Focusing on solving problems as early as possible, we must strive to prototype orientation from the formulation of outlines, the development of curriculum standards, the compilation of teaching materials, and the teaching of Chinese teachers.
