目的探讨老年人牙列缺损及牙列缺失的修复治疗方法及效果。方法选取牙列缺损及牙列缺失老年患者175例,按照年龄段差异分组,并根据患者情况适时进行修复,观察其修复治疗效果。结果牙列缺损患者148例,牙列缺失患者27例;27例牙列缺失老年患者实施总义齿修复,148例牙列缺损患者实施其他义齿修复,均获得良好效果。结论针对中老年人加强口腔健康护理,对龋病及牙周病进行合理防治,使其了解牙齿缺失所造成的危害性。牙列缺损修复治疗应根据患者实际情况予以合理修复,方能确保牙列缺损及牙列缺失的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of restoration and treatment of dentition defect and dentition defect in the elderly. Methods A total of 175 elderly patients with dentition defect and dentition defect were selected and divided into groups according to their age differences. The patients were rehabilitated timely to observe the effect of the repair. Results 148 cases of dentition defect, 27 cases of dentition defect, 27 cases of elderly patients with dentition defect were treated by total denture, and 148 cases of dentition defect were performed by other denture. All achieved good results. Conclusion To strengthen the oral health care for the elderly, caries and periodontal disease prevention and treatment to make it understand the dangers caused by tooth loss. Dentition defect repair treatment should be based on the actual situation of patients to be properly repaired in order to ensure the dentition defect and dentition loss treatment.
