作者经体外及体内的实验观察,证实了8-甲氧基补骨脂素在紫外线照射下(PUVA)可引起某些哺乳类动物细胞表现型的变异。用PUVA处理过的小鼠、大白鼠及地鼠胚胎的原代培养(Primary culture)中,发生一些生长特征变异的百分率很高,此种现象也见于某些细胞系的连续培养中(Continuous cell lines)。用肉眼观察(有局灶性细胞形成)和显微镜下检查(自由生长方式,多层生长等)皆可见到形态学方面的变异。经PUVA处理过有表现型变异的细胞也做了在软琼脂糖
The authors’ experimental observations in vitro and in vivo confirmed that 8-methoxypsoralen can cause phenotypic variation in certain mammalian cells under ultraviolet irradiation (PUVA). In primary cultures of mice, rats, and hamster embryos treated with PUVA, there is a high percentage of growth variability, which is also seen in continuous culture of certain cell lines (Continuous cell Lines). Morphological variations were observed with the naked eye (with focal cell formation) and microscopic examination (free growth, multi-layer growth, etc.).
