“弧形钢闸门支臂计算长度系数的确定”(以下简称“确定”)一文,曾经原水电部《水利水电工程钢闸门设计规范》修订组审定,并请华东水利学院、武汉水利电力学院、长江流域规划办公室、水电部成都勘测设计院等全国12个单位进行过审查,同时还经教研组有关同志的审查,然后修改定稿的。现就章继光同志的关于“对弧形钢闸门支臂计算长度系数的确定一文的几点商榷”(简称“商榷”,见《西北农学院学报》1981年第1期)一文的三个问题,谈几点看法,与“商榷”一文的作者商榷。
The “determination of the calculated length coefficient of the curved steel gate arm” (hereinafter referred to as “determined”) was once approved by the revision group of the former Ministry of Hydropower’s “Code for design of steel gates for water conservancy and hydropower projects”, and was requested by the East China Institute of Water Conservancy and the Wuhan Institute of Water Conservancy and Electric Power. The Yangtze River Basin Planning Office, the Ministry of Water Resources Chengdu Survey and Design Institute and other 12 agencies across the country have reviewed and reviewed the comrades of the teaching and research group, and revised the final version. The three issues of Comrade Zhang Jiguang’s article “Some Opinions on the Determination of the Calculated Length Coefficient of Arc-shaped Steel Sluice Arms” (referred to as “Shangluo”, see Journal of Northwest Agriculture College, 1981, Issue 1) are discussed. Talk about several points of view and discuss with the author of the article “Shangluo”.
