铁路站场改造工程复杂且协调难度大,涉及的利益相关者众多,需要构建科学的协调管理机制使各方加强协调沟通,通力协作,才能保证工程的成功。从组织协调机制、利益分配机制、冲突处理机制、信任机制、沟通机制以及公众参与机制等六个方面构建了云桂铁路建设项目百色站改工程利益相关者协调管理机制,并对其在百色站改工程中的运用进行了分析,百色站改工程的成功证明了该协调管理机制的可行性。
The railway station reconstruction project is complex and difficult to coordinate and involves many stakeholders. It is necessary to establish a scientific and coordinated management mechanism so that all parties can enhance coordination and communication and work together to ensure the success of the project. From the aspects of organization coordination mechanism, benefit distribution mechanism, conflict handling mechanism, trust mechanism, communication mechanism and public participation mechanism, the coordination management mechanism of stakeholder of Baise Station Construction Project of Yun-Gui Railway Construction Project was established. Analysis of the use of the project has been carried out. The success of the project in Baise Station proved the feasibility of the coordinated management mechanism.
