2011年以来,为解决节节攀升的房价问题,政府不断推出房地产调控政策。随着提高利率、大量建设保障性住房等市场化和非市场化手段的交替出台,未来一段时间内,房地产市场在国家复合调控政策的多重压力下,将受到较大的影响,同时也将影响到国内数量众多的建筑施工企业。目前,国内大多数施工企业并没有改变粗放管理的态势,随着市场越来越规范,“实力”的竞争将越来越重要。
