选择并针对柱面气膜密封中六种典型的螺旋槽派生界面结构,基于有限元数值分析方法进行了气膜力学特性及密封特性的定量计算和分析比较;建立了不同界面型式的密封特性与可压缩数、膜厚的关系曲线;研究分析了不同界面结构密封特性变化特点和应用中的优劣势,为密封系统研究和设计选型提供了理论基础及指导.分析中的每种密封界面结构参数均为依据有关文献选取的优化或近似优化数据,采用的计算分析方法可拓展应用到其他结构中.
