本文利用1-氧代-1-磷杂-2,6,7-二氧杂双环[2,2,2]-4-氯甲酰基辛烷3和硫醇、乙二胺、乙醇胺及一些具有生理活性的杂环化合物反应,合成了13种未见文献报道的化合物4_(a-n)。发现化合物3与8-羟基喹啉作用生成的是水合物。讨论了可能的结构。3与氨作用得到相应的酰胺,合成的化合物均经元素分析、IR和~1H NMR证实其结构。本文还研究了部分化合物的MS裂解规律。对部分化合物的生物活性初测表明,化合物4_j具有良好的杀菌活性,而无明显的杀虫活性。
Oxidation of 1-oxo-1-phospha-2,6,7-dioxabicyclo [2.2.2] -4-chlorocarbonyloctane 3 and thiols, ethylenediamines, ethanolamines, Physiologically active heterocyclic compounds reacted to synthesize 13 compounds 4 a (an) which have not been reported in the literature. Compound 3 was found to react with 8-hydroxyquinoline to produce hydrates. This article also studied the MS cleavage of some compounds. The preliminary bioassay of some compounds showed that compound 4_j had good bactericidal activity without obvious insecticidal activity.
