以20个甘蔗杂交组合的实生苗群体为材料,分析了9个产量、品质性状的遗传相关和遗传通径系数。结果表明,株高对产量的遗传相关大于其他产量性状,茎径与4个品质性状为遗传正相关,以株高和茎径为选择方向并兼顾丛有效茎数,能达到高产高糖基因型的选择目标。丛重对丛含糖量的遗传正相关显著,直接效应大,而蔗汁蔗糖分对丛含糖量为遗传负相关,直接效应也为负,说明在实生苗世代应采用以丛重为主的选择高含糖量单株的选择策略。
