伞形科植物莳萝(Anethum graveolens)果实用于治疗消化道疾患,刺激母乳分泌,缓解婴幼儿呃逆和疝痛。据报道果实中含有精油(3%~4%)。本次研究了莳萝子的水溶性成分,并探讨精油和水溶性成分之间的关系。从莳萝子甲醇提取物的水溶性组分中分离出33个成分,其中有1个新的单萜、6个新的单萜苷、1个新的芳香化合物葡糖苷和1个新的烃基葡糖苷。
Umbelliferous plant Anethum graveolens fruits are used to treat digestive tract diseases, stimulate breast milk secretion, and relieve infants’ hiccups and cramps. Fruits are reported to contain essential oils (3% to 4%). This study investigated the water-soluble components of dill and discussed the relationship between essential oils and water-soluble components. 33 components were isolated from the water-soluble components of the methanol extract of dill, including 1 new monoterpene, 6 new monoterpene glycosides, 1 new aromatic glucoside, and 1 new hydrocarbyl group.
