目前,注水井检管周期摸索的方式为:人工记录正作业注水井的油管、封隔器、配水器等井下工具损坏情况,对记录的数据进行整理分析,摸索合理的检管周期。由于注水井平均作业次数只有397井次/年,这种采集方式得到的数据虽然比较准确,但采集数据所用时间较长,采集的数据量较少。本文提出,利用信息化手段对数据库进行整合,采集注水井检管周期摸索所需要的相关数据,对数据进行分析处理,挖掘数据之间的相关关系,得到影响检管周期的关系曲线,对技术人员分析得出的检管结论进行验证,为注水井检管周期摸索提供参考依据。
At present, the way of retrieving the sewerage cycle of a watering well is to manually record the damage of the downhole tools such as tubing, packers and water dispensers in the working injection water well, analyze the recorded data, and find out the reasonable sewer inspection period. Since the average number of waterflooding operations is only 397 wells / year, the data collected by this method are accurate, but the data collected takes a long time and the collected data is less. This paper proposes the use of information technology means to integrate the database to collect the relevant data needed for the exploration well management cycle of the water well, to analyze and process the data, to find out the relationship between the data and to obtain the relationship curve that affects the inspection cycle. Personnel analysis of the results of the test to verify the hose for the watering wells to provide a reference for exploration of the cycle.
