文章介绍了当前我国犯罪学实证研究中有代表性的一些学者及其研究成果。进而指出开展犯罪学实证研究应当处理好以下三个方面的关系:一是要处理好开展实证研究与树立科学精神的关系;二是要处理好犯罪学基础理论研究与实证研究的关系;三是要处理好犯罪学与刑法学、刑事执行法学等相邻学科的关系。
The article introduces some representative scholars and their research results in the current empirical study of criminology in our country. Furthermore, it points out that carrying out the empirical study of criminology should deal with the following three aspects: First, to handle the relationship between conducting empirical research and establishing scientific spirit; second, to handle the relationship between the basic theoretical research and empirical research of criminology; thirdly To deal with the relationship between criminal science and criminal law, criminal law enforcement and other disciplines.
