目前,农业一方面面临严重缺水、干旱的挑战,另一方面,存在着农田灌溉设施、技术滞后,从而造成人为的水资源浪费,也极大地制约了农业向更高层次的发展。随着水资源的供需矛盾的凸显,节水成为我国水问题的根本出路。因此,推广应用先进的农业节水措施、发展节水型农业,已成为目前最重要、最艰巨的任务。同时,大力发展节水灌溉,大幅度提高灌溉水的利用率和效益,不断提高农业综合生产能力,不仅可以促进水资源可持续利用,而且是发展现代农业的一项根本性措施。在保障国家粮食安全,推进水利现代化和农业现代化进程中具有重要作用。文章结合沁阳市的具体情况,分析了沁阳市当前节水灌溉发展中存在的问题,并对今后节水灌溉发展提出了相应的意见和建议。

Therefore, promoting the application of advanced agricultural water saving measures and developing water-saving agriculture has become the most important and the most arduous task at present. At the same time, vigorously develop water-saving irrigation, greatly improve the utilization and efficiency of irrigation water, and continuously improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, not only can promote the sustainable use of water resources, but also is a fundamental measure for the development of modern agriculture. It plays an important role in ensuring the national food security, promoting the modernization of water conservancy and agricultural modernization. Based on the specific conditions of Qinyang City, the article analyzes the existing problems in the development of water-saving irrigation in Qinyang City and puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions for the future development of water-saving irrigation.
