在本室创立的841培养基的基础上,以不同种类和不同浓度的血清,对体外培养46d、95d的日本血吸虫进行了实验观察,并比较了841和851培养基虫体的吞食红细胞率、肠管汇合率及虫体存活率。结果表明:3项指标841培养基均优于851培养基(P<0.01).童虫用841培养基培养2周后,提高血清浓度至25%继续培养至95d,吞食红细胞率和肠管汇合率均明显高于10%血清浓度(P<0.01),而虫体存活率两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。提示在后期童虫的培养中,适当提高血清浓度有利于虫体的发育。
On the basis of 841 culture medium established in our laboratory, we studied the in vitro culture of Schistosoma japonicum at 46 days and 95 days with different types and concentrations of serum, and compared the phagocytosis rate of 841 and 851 medium with the worm, Intestinal confluence rate and survival rate of parasites. The results showed that the three indexes of 841 medium were better than 851 medium (P <0.01). After the worm was cultured in 841 medium for 2 weeks, the serum concentration of erythrocyte was increased to 25%, and the rate of phagocytosis of erythrocytes and intestine was significantly higher than that of 10% serum (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Prompted in the late stage of the cultivation of schistosomiasis, the appropriate increase in serum concentration is conducive to the development of parasites.
