去年6月1日,天津港下放天津市,我公司被列为经理负责制的试点单位。6月中旬,公司领导体制改革实施方案得到上级的正式批准。自此,党政工三方的权责明确了。由经理对公司的生产、经营和行政工作统一领导;党委在思想政治工作上负领导责任,对企业执行党的路线、方针、政策起保证监督作用;职工代表大会是企业实行民主管理的基本形式。试行经理负责制后,经理行政指挥和职工民主管理是个什么关系呢?我的体会是:
