最近问世的梅汝璈日记《东京大审判》尽管只留有他从1946年3月20日抵达东京到5月13日短短50多天的文字记录,但透过这5万余字的字里行间,我们可以窥见作为一名代表正义与胜利的国家大法官、一名法律理性与民族情感交织于心的现代知识分子,梅汝璈在世界欢呼胜利而国事日趋蜩螗这一特殊历史情境中的复杂心情。日记给读者印象最深的是这位大法官的两个告诫,读来至今令人深思长叹。
