目的了解青海省蚤类自然状态下巴尔通体、鼠疫菌感染状况。方法结合青海省鼠疫监测工作,对格尔木、同德、祁连等县(市)获得的啮齿动物宿主体表寄生蚤类,用PCR方法检测巴尔通体、鼠疫菌的自然感染率。结果 141只蚤类样本中,检测出巴尔通体目标条带的有18只,总感染率为12.77%,其中朝鲜叉蚤和刷状同瘴蚤指名亚种为100.00%,哗倍蚤指名亚种和端圆盖蚤为50.00%,斧形盖蚤为36.36%,青海双蚤为14.29%,红羊新蚤为11.11%,似方双蚤指名亚种为5.56%;同时用PCR方法未检测出鼠疫菌目标条带。结论青海省啮齿动物宿主体表寄生蚤类在自然状态下可感染巴尔通体,提示有必要对该省巴尔通体感染、流行及对人的致病性进行系统的调查和研究。
Objective To understand the infection status of Bartonella and Yersinia pestis in the natural state of fleas in Qinghai Province. Methods Combined with the surveillance of plague in Qinghai Province, the natural infection rates of Bartonella and Yersinia pestis were detected by PCR on the surface parasites of rodents in Golmud, Tongde and Qilian counties (cities). Results Among 141 fleas samples, 18 bands were detected in the Bartonella, the total infection rate was 12.77%, of which 100% 50.00% for Phasianus colchicus, 36.36% for Axial flea, 14.29% for Qinghai double-flea, 11.11% for New flea, 5.56% for Spartina alterniflora, while no detectable by PCR Yersinia pest target band. Conclusion The parasitic fleas on the surface of rodent hosts in Qinghai Province can infect Barr’s body in natural state, suggesting that it is necessary to conduct a systematic investigation and study on the infection, prevalence and pathogenicity of Bartonella in this province.
