该文提出一种将等温等容吸附系统与气体传感器量热仪(SGC)相结合的测量技术,用于解决气固吸附体系的等量吸附热非常微弱,难以精确测量的问题。文中通过热力学分析给出了这种测量装置的等量吸附热计算方法,并对现有的SGC装置在结构、标定方式、测量方法等方面进行了改进,消除了因传热造成的系统误差来源,并提高了吸附热测量效率。经特性分析表明:该装置的灵敏度和精度均受到输入热功率的影响,当选择适当的测量条件时,对等量吸附热的测量标准相对偏差可控制在5%以内,对气-固吸附体系来说是一种理想的吸附热测量手段。
This paper presents a measurement technique that combines isothermal adsorption system with gas sensor calorimeter (SGC) to solve the problem that the isothermal adsorption heat of the gas-solid adsorption system is very weak and difficult to accurately measure.
