联合国教科文组织向国际教育局提供的报告中提及教师角色发展的一般趋势是:“在教学过程中更多地履行多样化的职能,更多地承担组织教学责任,从一味强调知识的传授向着重组织学生的学习,并最大限度地开发新的知识资源;注重学生的个性,改进师生关系;实现教师之间更为广泛的合作,更经常地参与社区生活,更广泛地参加校内服务与课外活动。”因此,如果再用传统方式给教师定位,那么将会出现穿新鞋走老路的局面,下面我就小学语文教师角色
