目的:探讨牡蛎散对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:把实验小鼠分为两组:实验组、对照组。用卵核蛋白(1:20)作为抗原给正常小鼠腹股沟皮下注射作为基础免疫后,实验组从当日起每日灌服中药煎剂牡蛎散,对照组当日起每日灌服5%葡萄糖液体,7天后再用卵核蛋白(1:100)作为抗原进行加强免疫,再7天后用ELISA法检测相应抗体生成水平。结果:实验组小鼠的抗体水平显著下降,与对照组相比较有明显差异,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牡蛎散对小鼠免疫功能有抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of oyster powder on immune function in mice. Methods: The experimental mice were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. Subcutaneous injection of groin into the normal mice with ovalbumin (1:20) as an antigen was used as the basic immunization. The experimental group was given oyster powder of Chinese herbal medicine daily from the same day. The control group received 5% glucose solution daily , 7 days later with ovalbumin (1: 100) as an antigen to boost, and then 7 days later by ELISA to detect the level of the corresponding antibody. Results: The antibody level of mice in the experimental group decreased significantly compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Oyster powder can inhibit the immune function of mice.
