结论 应用心理干预不仅可以提高口腔正畸患者的治疗依从性和临床治疗效果,还能改善其负性情绪,提高其生活质量.“,”Objective To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on the treatment effect of adult orthodontic patients. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing orthodontic treatment in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and grouped by convenience sampling method. There were 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the study group. The control group received routine intervention, and the study group received additional psychological intervention. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS), treatment compliance, treatment effect and quality of life after intervention were compared between groups before and after intervention. Results ① Before the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were similar, and there was no difference in statistical comparison (P>0.05); after the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). ② The treatment compliance rate of the study group (90.00%) was higher than that of the control group (66.00%), and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). ③ The total effective rate of the study group (92.00%) was higher than that of the control group (72.00%), and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). ④ After the intervention, the four quality of life scores of physical function, psychological function, social function, and material function of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological intervention can not only improve the treatment compliance and clinical treatment effect of orthodontic patients, but also improve their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
