采用薄层色谱法对巴布剂复方紫荆消伤膏中的紫荆皮、马钱子、独活和白芷进行了定性鉴别。采用薄层色谱扫描法对方中士的宁含量进行了测定 ,上述方法简便 ,重复性好。
Thin-layer chromatography was used to qualitatively discriminate Bauhinia Bark, Strychnos nuduorrhizae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Radix Paeoniae Alba from the Zibu Xiaofang Ointment. Tincronium chloride was used to determine the content of serpentine in the other party. The above method was simple and reproducible.
