目的了解深圳葵涌街道居民慢性病预防健康素养影响因素,为实施有效的干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,在葵涌街道抽取5个社区共1 020名15~69岁常住居民,采用自行设计问卷进行调查,参考国家健康素养计分方式进行计算,应用logistic回归分析慢性病预防健康素养影响因素。结果葵涌街道居民慢性病预防健康素养影响因素单固素分析不同文化程度(χ2=25.646,P<0.01)和不同月收入(χ2=13.011,P<0.01)之间差异有统计学意义。而经多因素分析只是文化程度为主要影响因素。结论应加强慢性病健康信息素养建设,并把低学历、低收入人群作为慢性病健康素养重点干预对象。
Objective To understand the influencing factors of chronic diseases prevention and health literacy of street residents in Kwai Chung, Shenzhen, and to provide the basis for effective interventions. Methods A total of 1 020 residents aged from 15 to 69 were selected from 5 communities in the district of Kwai Chung using multistage sampling method. The questionnaire was used to conduct self-designed questionnaire survey. Reference is made to the national health literacy score method. Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze chronic disease prevention health literacy Influencing factors. Results The factors influencing the health literacy of residents with chronic diseases in Kwai Chung were significantly different between the two groups (χ2 = 25.646, P <0.01) and monthly income (χ2 = 13.011, P <0.01) The multi-factor analysis is only the degree of education as the main influencing factors. Conclusions The construction of chronic health information literacy should be strengthened, and the low educated and low-income population should be the key interventions for health literacy of chronic diseases.
