本科1992年10月至1993年9月，用血液透析（HD）方法治疗流行性出血热（EHF）并发急性肾衰（ARF）30例，现总结如下。临床资料本组男24例，女6例，年龄17～76岁。全部病人符合1988年EHF防治方案所制定的标准，并符合1982年全国危重病急救学术会议拟定的ARF诊断标准和透析指征。
Undergraduate from October 1992 to September 1993, hemodialysis (HD) method for the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) 30 cases of acute renal failure (ARF), are summarized as follows. Clinical data The group of 24 males and 6 females, aged 17 to 76 years. All patients met the EHF prevention and control program in 1988 set standards and in line with the 1982 National Critical Care Conference prepared ARF diagnostic criteria and dialysis indications.
