医疗责任保险是职业责任保险的一种 ,在我国由于受到经济水平、法律制度、保险意识等诸多因素的影响 ,尚处于起步阶段 ,而由于医疗单位普遍存在的一些看法 ,又使该保险发展缓慢。医疗责任保险具有转嫁执业风险 ,减轻财务负担 ;解除后顾之忧 ,提高业务水平 ;减少医患纠纷 ,增强公众形象等作用 ,大力发展医疗责任保险 ,可促进我国医疗事业的健康发展。
Medical liability insurance is a kind of professional liability insurance, which is still in its infancy in our country due to many factors such as economic level, legal system and insurance awareness. Due to the prevalence of some medical units, the insurance development is slow . Medical liability insurance has the risk of passing on practice and alleviating the financial burden; relieving worries and raising the level of business; lessening the disputes between doctors and patients and enhancing the public image; and developing the medical liability insurance vigorously can promote the healthy development of medical undertakings in our country.
