甘肃省高中从2010年秋季起启用“新课程”。在高中“新课程”培训中,教师们对高中“新课程”有着怎样的理解?针对这一改革,他们持怎样的态度?在此态度的基础上,又有怎样的行为产生?通过问卷及访谈调查了甘肃省天水市五所高中的教师,共有问卷118份,访谈8人。分析结果表明:大多数教师认为高中“新课程”的实施将会使他们工作量加大,工作难度增加,并对实施高中“新课程”持赞成和肯定态度,认为“新课程”实施前对教师进行培训有必要。同时,教师对高中“新课程”方案的了解比较有限。
