随着我国上市公司数量不断的增加,人们对于公司治理结构与融资问题逐渐的重视;一个公司的稳定发展,离不开优化的公司治理结构,以及高效的融资方式;所以按照实际市场发展趋势,建立完善的治理机制、融资结构,保证公司的可持续发展是非常有必要的,对此本文就我国上市公司治理结构与融资问题展开分析,希望对于我国证券市场的稳定发展,起到积极促进的作用。
With the continuous increase of the number of listed companies in our country, people pay more and more attention to the corporate governance structure and financing issues. The stable development of a company depends on the optimized corporate governance structure and efficient financing methods. Therefore, according to the actual market development trend, It is very necessary to establish a sound governance mechanism, financing structure and guarantee the sustainable development of the company.
