长期以来,党和政府高度重视农村教育,建立健全了比较完整的新中国农村教育体系,培养了数以亿计的城乡适用人才,为国家现代化建设做出了卓越贡献。但是,正如“三农”问题一样,农村教育有其特殊性、复杂性和长期性,存在的问题不可能一朝一夕全部得到圆满解决。在研究农村教育问题时,必须整体考虑现阶段农村经济、社会发展特点、规律和发展趋势,正确分析农村教育、经济、社会全面、协调、可持续发展的不同阶段、特点和规律,这是分析与解决现实问题的哲学思维。
