在教学中我们经常会发现部分学生在小学时的数学成绩非常优秀,但是进入初中以后却不能适应数学学习,从而影响学生学习的积极性,有的甚至产生厌学情绪,导致成绩一落千丈。为什么这类学生的变化会这样大呢?因为进入初中阶段,数学的理论性明显加强,难度加大,要求学生具备更高的理解能力,而且可能也相应增多,学生们不适应,因而影响学习数学的积极性。新课程理念要求教师从学生出发,提高学生学习兴趣。本文就教师应该怎样选择合适的教学模式和课堂管理方式,设计课堂教学的每一个具体环节,激发学生学习数学的积极性等方面作出了相应的探讨。
