目的:探讨乳腺癌组织p21WAF1基因多态性与EGFR、TGF-β1表达的关系。方法:采用SSCP-PCR法检测100例乳腺癌组织p21WAF1DNA结构改变,同时运用免疫组化SP法检测EGFR和TGF-β1蛋白表达水平。结果:18例乳腺癌组织出现p21WAF1基因多态性,48例EGFR阳性,49例TGF-β1阳性;p21WAF1基因多态性与EGFR(χ2=18.97,γ=0.19,P<0.01)和TGF-β1(χ2=4.74,γ=0.22,P<0.05)呈正相关。结论:由此推测乳腺癌组织p21WAF1基因多态性与EGFR和TGF-β1表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of p21WAF1 gene and the expression of EGFR and TGF-β1 in breast cancer. Methods: The changes of p21WAF1 DNA in 100 cases of breast cancer tissues were detected by SSCP-PCR. The expressions of EGFR and TGF-β1 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The p21WAF1 gene polymorphism was found in 18 cases of breast cancer tissues, 48 cases of EGFR positive and 49 cases of TGF-β1 positive. The polymorphism of p21WAF1 gene was significantly correlated with EGFR (χ2 = 18.97, γ = 0.19, P <0.01) (χ2 = 4.74, γ = 0.22, P <0.05). Conclusion: It is speculated that breast cancer p21WAF1 gene polymorphism and EGFR and TGF-β1 expression.
