6L207E型二冲程对动活塞式柴油机机体是全焊接结构.它是由236块不同厚度(3~72毫米)的板材零件所组成.机体轮廓尺寸为:高1828毫米,长2825毫米,宽1106毫米.净重为3360公斤,其中焊缝重量约占220公斤. 整个机体体积约5.7米~3,结构复杂,纵横交错分布的焊缝总长达367.7米,焊脚尺寸大都为6~10毫米. 由于产品结构的要求,对机体焊接后的几何形状及尺寸提出较高的要求:如:各轴承座之间的距离尺寸为305±1.5毫米、各板的不平度,扭曲度不得大于2毫米,因此,焊接变形的控制,是这个机体焊接工艺的一个重要关键.我厂经过十多台机体的焊接工作,在工艺上摸索出一些经验,虽然还不十分成熟,
